Two New Hotels, Two New Brands for Strand

It has certainly been a busy time for Strand Hospitality as we welcomed two new brands to our portfolio, the Cambria Hotel Fort Mill and the Aloft Dallas Euless. We are excited to welcome these two new brands to our portfolio.

The upscale brand by Choice International, Cambria, opened on September 17 and is located just a short drive from Charlotte and Carowinds Amusement Park, which positions it well for both leisure and business travel in the Fort Mill market. Boasting 127 rooms with 9 suites, the Cambria Hotel Fort Mill has a full service restaurant, The Foxhole Restaurant & Bar, serving breakfast and dinner. Other features include a large outdoor courtyard with fire-pits, patio seating and gas grills, state of the art fitness center and multifunction meeting space for up to 100 people. The Aloft Dallas Euless is Strand's first lifestyle brand of our ever-growing Marriott portfolio and their first partnership with A&M Hotels. The hotel has a great location directly in the center of Glade Parks Town Center with a plethora of retail, dining and entertainment options and just 8 miles from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. This hotel has live music with billiards in the re:mix lounge, handcrafted cocktails with patio service at their WXYZ Bar and roughly 3500 square feet of meeting space, making it the perfect addition to Glade Parks. As the Dallas-Fort Worth area continues to be one of the fastest growing areas in the country, we are confident this hotel will be a great success with it's location and proximity to large demand drivers like American Airlines, AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Park.
