The goal of Strand Hospitality's food and beverage operations is to provide a quality experience for our customers while maximizing the revenue opportunities through those outlets.
Strand trains associates and develops systems in a manner that provide the guests with a quality and consistent experience. We perform continuous evaluation of all food vendor products regarding the food quality and pricing. Strand utilizes brand established relationships to maximize economies of scale. In addition, we effectively market the hotel's food and beverage products generating additional revenue.
